Keswick karate is the best in town! Sensei is patient with the kids and yet still firm in teaching discipline and form. And Desk Ninja Rudy is the powerhouse that keeps it all running smoothly.
Excellent for all ages! All my children and neice 5-12 are in classes learning tones about self defense as well as the expected mindset and characteristics of a BLACK BELT, I my self take the adult classes witch are fantastic exercise and even helped me quit smoking, you'll get what you put it! Chris and Rudy are awesome!
When it comes to kids, sensei Chris is fenominal, he cares, he is able to command respect and teach it while instilling his lessons and being patient, and hands on with every child in his classes. He's personable, funny, and encourages parents to interact while their kids learn. BEST sensei in the area if you ask our family, so happy to have him not only teaching, but being a mentor to our child!
