Through a combination of an initial questionnaire followed by a long working lunch and even a rehearsal at the venue, she was able to get to know us, put us at ease and made us feel that the key part of our special day was in very capable hands. We had regular opportunities to ask her for advice or make any amendments that we saw fit.
